LONGEVITY precision medicine tests
Anti-aging
  • BIOXI Test (Oxidative Stress Analysis)
This test assesses the oxidative stress in the body as well as its ability to cope with the free radicals produced by a disordered lifestyle, stress, a poor diet and exposure to pollutants. It allows you to prevent pathologies and dysfunctions from an anti-aging perspective and bring the body back to an optimal state of health able to fight the ageing process.
The test involves the collection of a urine sample.
  • Test prevention Anti-Aging
The test analyses precisely and specifically the fatty acids (including saturated, unsaturated, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids) and detects the state of general inflammation of the body and the cardiovascular and neurodegenerative risk parameters to implement the tailor-made corrective measures that bring the body back to an optimal state of health for improving longevity and fighting the ageing process.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • DNA Skincare test
The test involves the analysis of the DNA to evaluate the risk of skin aging, damage due to sun exposure and tanning lamps as well as the alteration of the skin microbiota. The test analyses the state of health of the skin, its ability to counteract the appearance of wrinkles and loss of elasticity and tone due to skin aging, and also evaluates the factors that influence the ageing process. Collecting this information is important to outline a personalized programme based on genetics in order to recover and maintain the correct physiological balance of the skin.
The test involves rubbing a swab on the skin.
  • Inflammation & Immunity Test
Inflammation, especially if chronic and silent, has risen to prominence as the “disease of the century” because it is supported by many bad daily habits, such as a poor diet and sedentariness, and it has been shown to be one of the mechanisms that can cause a series of diseases such as heart disease, obesity, celiac disease, neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumours and diabetes. The test allows us to identify the molecules that are activated in the event of inflammation as well as the extent of the inflammatory state, to implement customized preventive interventions on lifestyles, personal habits and other risk factors.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
Cardiovascular prevention
  • Cardiovascular Risk Test: provides a precise picture of the state of incorporation of 19 fatty acids in the membrane of red blood cells and gives useful ratios for the prevention of cardiovascular risk, latent inflammation and aging.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • DNA Test Cardiovascular Health: cardiovascular diseases ( heart attack, stroke, etc.) are considered complex or multifactorial pathologies because their onset is caused by several factors such as a poor diet, smoking, bad habits as well as genetics (i.e. innate predisposition). For this reason, it is important to become aware of daily bad habits that should be corrected immediately and, to make personal choices more effective in the long term, it is equally important to know our personal genetic predisposition. This innovative test allows us to obtain information on the fatty acids of the membrane of red blood cells and provides for cardiovascular risk indices; moreover, the collection of a sample from the buccal mucosa provides for information on genetic predisposition to cardiovascular diseases.
The test involves rubbing a swab along the inside of the mouth.
  • DNA Test Cardio Health Complete: provides for the identification of any cardiovascular risk, that is, the probability of developing a disease related to the cardiovascular system.
The test involves rubbing a swab along the inside of the mouth.
Gastrointestinal well-being
  • Advanced Food Intolerance Test: Although they are commonly known as food intolerances, it is more correct to speak of IgG-mediated adverse reactions that have a slow and progressive evolution and manifest themselves gradually. The test allows the identification of adverse reactions to 180 foods and consequently the creation of a tailor-made diet that reduces the inflammatory response caused by food.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • Gastrointestinal Health Test: The analysis verifies the degree of permeability and integrity in the epithelial layer of the intestine. The main function of the intestine is to absorb nutrients, but it also works as a “barrier” for what is potentially harmful: the balance between these two functions is fundamental.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • Complete Microbiota Test: The analysis verifies both the degree of permeability in the epithelial layer of the intestine and the imbalance of the intestinal microbiota.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • Healthy Gut Total: The analysis combines different approaches for the evaluation of the intestinal functionality. The analysis simultaneously evaluates the degree of permeability in the epithelial layer of the intestine, the imbalance of the intestinal bacterial flora (dysbiosis), the levels of histamine and diamine oxidase (DAO) and the relationship between the two of them.
The information obtained from these tests allows us to make very specific nutritional changes depending on the detected imbalance and to study a supplement support to restore gastric well-being and repair the intestinal barrier.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip, using a finger prick, and a urine test tube.
  • DNA Test Intestinal Functionality: it identifies genetically determined impairments of intestinal function and allows us to implement the nutritional and lifestyle corrections that are necessary for the functional rebalancing of the intestine.
The test involves rubbing a swab along the inside of the mouth.
  • Helicobacter Test: Helicobacter pylori is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria and Helicobacter infection affects more than half of the population worldwide. Helicobacter pylori is able to colonize the stomach mucosa, damaging it and inducing an inflammatory response. The infection may be asymptomatic or may manifest itself with a burning sensation or pain in the upper abdomen (especially between meals and in the early morning, when the stomach is empty), nausea, swelling or the sensation of difficult digestion even in the case of not abundant meals. In this case, the inflammatory state of the stomach mucosa becomes chronic (chronic gastritis). The test detects the presence of the bacteria.
The test involves the collection of a stool sample.
  • Intestinal Inflammation Test: The test uses the immunographic method to detect the presence of calprotectin in a stool sample. Calprotectin is a protein capable of carrying out an important bacteriostatic and fungal activity and, thanks to its antimicrobial action, it plays an important role in the defence of the organism during inflammatory processes. Calprotectin can be considered as an indirect marker of intestinal inflammation.
The test involves the collection of a stool sample.
Stress and sleep quality
  • HRV Stress Test: Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the beat-by-beat variation in the time intervals between heart contractions. It allows us to understand how much daily stress our body is able to cope with . The measurement involves measuring the heart rate and breathing using a sensor; the measurement is followed by a guided cardiac coherence training to restore the body to its physiological balance and to train the person to continue training at home.
The test involves the application of a sensor to the earlobe.
  • DORMI Test: advanced sleep evaluation and monitoring test. The test is performed by wearing a practical device that provides for analytic graphs that will be used for evaluating and studying the quality of rest and the different phases of sleep. The analysis is similar to a polysomnography and will allow us to take corrective measures to restore the body’s recovery and optimal rest.
The test involves wearing a special bracelet.
Slimming and weight loss

DNA Metabolism Explorer Test: the test allows us to understand how each person metabolizes food; this information allows us to set up a nutritional, nutraceutical and lifestyle correction program that is customized on the basis of individual genetic characteristics. The DNA analysis allow us to set up a nutritional program and customize the supplements that have to be taken on the basis of body’s real needs.
The test involves rubbing a swab along the inside of the mouth.

Other precision tests
  • Bioimpedance analysis (BIA, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) is a quick and non-invasive test that measures body composition using a small electrical signal. This signal, which is entirely imperceptible, is passed through the body via electrodes applied to the skin. The resistance of different body tissues (such as muscles, fat, and fluids) to this current provides accurate data on body composition.
  • Sport & Training Prevention Test: The membranes of an athlete who follows training programs and competitions that require prolonged efforts and stresses over time must be able to respond promptly to stimuli, with a very intense turnover of fatty acids. The membrane lipidomic analysis, performed on the Mature Red Blood Cell (mGR), a reporter cell for the state of all tissues, provides for the evaluation of the metabolic and nutritional state of the athlete. The diet of an athlete that does not include the intake of PUFA (Polyunsaturated) fatty acids will result in a membrane deficit, which will not ensure the correct turnover of fatty acids and will slow both the recovery and cellular regeneration and will cause either a reduction of the performance or “overtraining” phenomena. Knowing the state of the mGR membranes is useful information for maximizing the cellular response to physical effort.
The test involves the collection of a few drops of blood from the fingertip using a finger prick.
  • DNA Haircare Genetic and Cellular Damage Assessment: DNA analysis for predisposition to androgenetic alopecia, alterations in the scalp microbiota, and oxidative stress damage. The test evaluates the health of the hair and assesses the risk of baldness (androgenetic alopecia) and the development of scalp problems. This information is essential for outlining a personalized, genetically-based plan to restore and maintain the proper physiological balance of the hair.
  • DNA Sport & Performance Test: DNA analysis to understand predisposition to aerobic/anaerobic effort, injury risk, and muscle recovery ability.
The test involves rubbing a swab along the inside of the mouth.
