How many times have you heard that September is the Monday of the year?
And in some ways, it is just like that: September is the month of restarts, new beginnings, good intentions and the change of season.
It often brings with it a feeling of tiredness, due to the resumption of new daily commitments, to shorter days and therefore with fewer hours of sunshine, colder temperatures.
Nothing dramatic, but why not include some simple rules in this season’s good intentions to better enjoy the coming weeks?
Here are our 5 useful tips to prepare your body for autumn.
1- Diet
The advice is to take advantage of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Nature in the fall offers fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, such as oranges and tangerines, grapes, persimmons and vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower, perfect for the immune system.
Autumn also invites us to return to the so-called comfort food, i.e. soups, broths and minestrone based on vegetables and legumes.

2- Supplements
To be combined with daily food, herbal teas are recommended, based on reinforcing ingredients such as spirulina, matcha tea, guarana, ginseng, royal jelly. Or those supplements rich in vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium are recommended.

3- Exercise
